Title: Serenade # 10
Publisher: Kiss Me Comix
Story and Art: Barbara Coney-Jenkins
Price: $ 3.00 US/Can, $ 4.00 Foreign
Rating: 4 out of 5 stars
Comments: Serenade is a sad woman with memories of her past that cause her pain. The writing and art bring these aspects across as well as showing a beautiful woman.
Serenade is shown topless so this is a mature title.
The art is simple but intense. It will rivet you to the page. Serenade is an intense woman. She creates her weapon of vengeance.
The slight use of color in the art makes it jump out at you. The eyes of Serenade and her facial expressions convey a lot.
Serenade is a mature woman out for vengeance against those who have wronged her. They killed her love.

Title: Serenade # 11
Publisher: Kiss Me Comix
Story and Art: Barbara Coney-Jenkins
Price: $ 3.00 US/Can
Rating: 4 out of 5 stars
Comments: This comic is rated ages 17 and up.
The colors are done soft and subdued. The backgrounds are simple.
Serenade aka Serena Park is drawn lovely. Her beauty shines through.
Serenade we see finds her first victim. Serenade though shows here she is no woman of morals as her first victim only showed jealousy towards her. Serenade is shown here as a vindictive killer.
You may have sympathized with her before, here though you realize just how insane and dangerous she truly is. Love can do many strange things to a person and the loss of it as well.
