Investigators: We have an investigation this Saturday in Vallejo at 37 Balboa Avenue, Vallejo, CA. The activity has picked up from the last time I talked with you. In the past full body apparitions have been seen, things have been moved around, etc. The home is very unusual with secret cubby holes and passage ways. Strange rocks that appear in the backyard.

We need to be there at 6pm. I may be a slight bit late, because I am attending a focus group from 8:30am to 3:30pm and I have to pick up 2 investigators for the ride to Vallejo. Please wait for me, I will be there.

We have a new researcher. Her name is Laurie Rutledge from England. Laurie has a legal background and is able to obtain information, records and documents that are unaccessible to the average human being. She recently dug up a slew of information on Preston Castle. Right now she is working on our next investigation and this is what she found, in her own words:

"I just began looking into that first address at 37 Balboa Ave Vallejo, CA 94591, since it is next on your schedule. It only took a few minutes to find the Parcel Number (APN) 0071-092-310 and from there I traced back but unfortunately some of the records are only available from 1990 online. Before Carol the owner was a Edward McKee.

Now I am searching from another angle to find the original owner and any history. If the record is correct it was built in 1950, not that old. The history of the land, deaths, and crime records for the area may yield some clues."

Research continues. Message from Paul: Vallejo is also known as the home base of the Zodiac and the Good Servant Orphanage. Legend has it, that the orphans of Good Servant Orphanage were tortured and some died mysteriously.

Excelsior!
