Comments: Kade's barroom story turns into something more. Drunk Russians are pretty stupid. The art is vague, kind of blurry even. Kade is drawn very young looking as well. He still comes across by his deeds as someone to be feared.
Kade is in Russia and he visits the city of Moscow. Kade finds some people in a church and with a kindly Father there as well. Kade's peace is short lived as he becomes involved in civil politics. Kade's stay at the church has not dulled his battle skills. Just the battle could be illustrated better. Showing more his strikes instead of before and after. Watching Kade and the Father teaching the young Crown Prince of Russia you easily get the feeling something is off. The young boy is filled with rage.
The artwork is still unclear. Kind of a pastel look.
The young Prince and the Father do seem to have grown together, grown closer. Something seems amiss though. Something is off. Kade grows soft under Prince Ivan's rule. Kade has fallen. But the fallen shall rise again. It is wonderful to see Kade returned to his warrior self.
Finally we see Kade in true action. He is drawn in battle as a true warrior. With some nicely illustrated action scenes.
Kade is a albino warrior of the highest skill. Can even he though stand up to Ivan the Terrible.

Comments: Herbert Miles is a seventeen year old boy. He has a blog and website called The Hope Virus. The internet is his escape from the real world. He is a troubled boy.
Things are going along normally and than we take a turn into something weird. Miles is the Founder in a future that looks up to him. Something is off though.
The art style has a british look and with the school uniforms reminds you of Harry Potter but with a scientific touch instead of magic. The staircase with the big pictures gives you the same impression.
Helen Crowley is a cutely drawn girl with a corset and styling clothes that make her look like a living doll.
Things are really getting strange in this world of the future.
Miles actually does something really strange. Than the action really starts. A chase, a get away, more secrets revealed. Miles is getting the ride of his life and the adventure to go along with it.
The Violents are creatures of nightmares. If they are not in your nightmares they will certainly be in them soon after you see them. They are illustrated as horrific monsters of violence.
Herbert Miles may be just a young man but he does have a good head on his shoulders and a big heart.
The ending here is well completely unexpected. You will never see it coming. It is though the perfect ending to one of the weirdest and strangest stories to come along in a while. Herbert Miles is a fantastic character in an even more fantastic world.

Comments: First off are reviews of comics you might not have heard of but might like to give a try.
Some great informative articles about comics professionals on what they have done and are doing and will be doing. Such as Mike Carey, Jim Shooter and many others. They are accompanied with gorgeous artwork.
There is a huge write up for Iron Man 2. It is a good movie and well presented in this article. Lots of pictures from the movie go along with it. Also there are other wonderfully informative movie write ups.
This is a well written news magazine with great pictures and art. It informs and entertains. Arcana his lots of talented people contributing to its success.

Comments: There is a very informative write up on Paul Jenkins. It does give you an insight into the workings of Paul's mind. He is a very talented man. The article is written by Erik Hendrix who does a wonderful job.
Throughout the magazine there are many comic book pictures of covers and pages. They provide a feast for the eyes.
Erik Hendrix does a nice indepth interview with Gail Simone she is an amazing writer. Very well done interview.
Mark Poulton interviews Stan "The Man" Lee. He is truely one of the greats in comics. It is always inspiring to read the words of Stan Lee.
The creators of "iZombie" Chris Robertson and Mike Allred give us a fun and informative interview. Michael Leal conducts a great interview. Chris and Mike though really make it entertaining to read.
Publishers Spotlight by Dan Horn features Carpet Bomb Comics. Their comics do look impressive.
Thomas Jane is written here as a man of many talents. An actor, director and comic writer. He even has his own company Raw Entertainment.
The magazine is full of interesting interviews, reviews and art.
