Comments: One rat in a kitchen causes a fright. It is more though than just one rat. Yes these little guys are vicious and they just do not stop.
They are illustrated to show off that viciousness. You would not want to go near one of these horrible things.
The rats are all over the city and they are attacking people. Yes there is blood and rat guts to. The rats are getting more violent. You can feel that something big is happening, something ominous.
Two doctors in New Jersey are working on the problem.
In the country we see that kitchen rat had friends and lots of them. Things start getting hairy as these rats attack.
The build up is exciting and the action frightening as this world threatening plague continues.

Comments: We are greeted to one violent start as the rats are attacking. They will rip you apart and eat you alive.
These rats are not ordinary rats they are more intelligent and way more tougher. These things are almost impossible to stop.
Its not just the rats but other animals to. This plague is spreading. Yes it has made the jump to humans. All the blood and gore on these humans and animals is disgusting.
You will feel the terror as things escalate. Things are getting out of hand. The CDC ( Center for Disease Control ) has been called in. This plague is getting out of hand. You should be afraid.

Title: The Final Plague # 3
Publisher: Action Lab Comics

Rating: 4 out of 5 stars

Comments: Here the first infected human is contained in a lab. The scientists are going to examine her.
We see the effects of the rats attack on a family. The father having to go to the hospital.
The virus has become widely known the public knows of it and fears it. Panic is setting in. Not only rats are infected but also other animals and humans. This thing is spreading fast world wide.
The art fits the story telling. It is vague at times but adds a sense of despair and ominous foreboding. The writing builds up the suspense. You will feel the emotional fear in these pages. A plague is coming and its here.

Title: The Final Plague # 4

Comments: A group of doctors at McGuire Labs are trying to understand this virus that only affects animals. It only seems to affect animals not humans. So we have animal zombies.
The artwork has a pastel quality to it. The drawings lack detail.
Seeing the animals such as dogs advancing on humans is a frightening sight.
You do get a feel for how the people in this situation feel. They are afraid and unsure what to do. There is to much black filler to.
The city has become a nightmare. It is a disaster area.
Where else but here could you see a zombie lion and tiger. Nowhere that's where.

Title: The Final Plague # 5
Publisher: Action Lab Comics
Writer: JD Arnold

Rating: 3 out of 5 stars

Comments: As a monkey attacks it is a terrifying scene of gruesome death. There is lots of death here. The art a lot of times is to vague to fully make it out but when it is not it shows some frightening scenes of horror.
The government lab is in deep trouble. Not just the lab but the whole city is out of control and over run with infected animals. It does not stop there either.
As you follow along with this story you will get a sense of just how frightening such an event as this could really be.
This is the last issue of this story arc but it will continue on in time with another series.
