Comments: Faith looks amazing as she flies high. Her costume is beautifully designed. You know with just one look she is a hero.
We get to follow Faith/Zephyr/Summer along as she goes through her day. She is so likable. This woman is what all people should aspire to be.
The expressions on Faith's face are priceless. They are so beautifully done.
Faith gets her first arch nemesis a super villain all her own. Now Faith will have to step up.
Faith makes a fine role model for others. She does not look physically the part of a super-hero but she does not care. No one reading this comic should either. Its not about how you look although Faith does look awesome. Its about who you are. She is a good person and a hero.

Comments: Chris Chriswell the super hunky Hollywood actor has captured Faith. He plays a super-hero but wants to be a real super villain. It is fun listening to him talk about why he wants to be a super villain.
The art is so gorgeously done. The colors beautiful. Faith is illustrated perfectly as a true hero. The scenes are full of excitement. The build up to her using her powers is so well done. You know its coming but still you feel the excitement building.
Faith we see as a ordinary person which is what she really is just she also goes out and stops the bad guys. Her character is so easy to identify with. She feels like one of us and guess what she really is.
Faith may not fit the mold of your common super-hero she far excels at it.

Comments: Faith and Archer go to their first Comic Convention together. It is so great having a super-hero that is also into comic books and games and all stuff geeky.Archer is so out of place without Faith he would be lost.
Now Faith finds a crime has been committed at the Con. No big super villain just a common crime. We see here Faith knows exactly what conventions are for, the real reasons. So she goes into action and bring her date Archer along.
Well things do take an unexpected turn for Faith and Archer. Their date is exciting and not over yet.
Faith has such a perfect personality for a super-hero. She exemplifies what it means to be both a person and hero.

Comments: Faith faces her double and it is impossible to tell which is which. Poor Archer he gets to deal with both of them.
The two Faith's good together. So when the you know wehat hits the fan. They both jump into action. When it comes time to be truely heroic one of them steps forth first.
seeing a copy d what the original would do this makes her as much a hero as the original.
Reading this comic and seeing the gorgeous art just makes you feel inspired. Faith is just that kind of hero. Seeing her not just in action but in everyday life you can identify with her.
Faith is the hero others should look up to and try to be like. She is a hero for heroes.

Comments: Zoe Hines goes missing from the scene where others were hospitalized. She is an actress who was caught in a scandel.
A group PRS is involved. They want Zoe. Now this group has something to do with contolling psiots. To know more about the PRS you would have to have read other Valiant titles.
Faith meets Zoe here who will become known as Dark Star. Zoe does make a cutely illustrated villain. Faith now does have a geniune super villain all her own. Plus of course the evil talking cat is sinister and a little weird.
"Faith in Politics" Writer Louise Simonson, artist Perez Pere, colors Andrew Dollhouse and letters Dave Sharpe.
Squall is a winfd controlling psiot and he gives Faith a good run.
Faith and Hillary Clinton have a little talk. They are both so much alike. This scene is worth picking up this issue for alone. So much emotion in the writing.
"No Days Off" Written by Rafer Roberts, drawn by Colleen Dorak, color by David Baron and letters by Dave Sharpe.
The 2nd backup store is about a psiot a young girl, Alaina. This story brings home why super-heroes are super-heroes. One young girl needs help and Faith is there for her.
This comic series is one of the best out there now. If your not reading it your really missing out on something special.

Comments: Dark Star finds out attacking Faith and beating her are two very different things.
PSR is after the girl Dark Star so Faith teams-up with them. They are after a body jumping psiot that steals life energy. Who may now be a cat. So Dark Star is some kind of symbiote. Well team-up till she gets some info than bye bye. Faith is intelligent and knows how best to use her awesome powers.
The art is done very vague looking, the lines are soft and blurry.
Faith faces Dark Star and their battle is epic because Faith uses her abilities to their fullest. She does not attack but talks to Joe and they both win. Faith shows us that you do not need powers to be a hero. It is all about helping and that's it. That is what makes a hero.
Faith is a hero not just a super-hero but a hero. Whether she has powers or not this will never change.
There are many super-hero books out there but none like this.

Title: Faith # 7

Comments: Faith is trying on new takes on her costume. None look all that good on her. The original though is still the best.
Here why people watch horror movies is explained.
Faith does start to see things here. Or are they real? Is this some sort of attack? Those that died around her and were close to her are haunting her. Faith though is strong enough to know there deaths were not her fault.
Faith is handling it but is she really. Hiding from something is not handling it. She is not one to hide from something though. A good nights sleep though never hurt.
It is easy to see she is troubled by this and uncertain how to fight against it. How does one fight your dreams or imagination?
Faith does show us she is so strong as she does not once give in to her fears.

Comments: Faith faces her ghosts and finds thy are not so scary. She does find out who was trying to scare her.
This story moves way fast. It is over before you really have a chance to get into it.
The art showing Faith's foe is colorful. We do not get into her much other than she is an ex of Faith's ex. She is cutely illustrated.
Faith is illustrated looking wishy washy. Her face is shown with not enough detail.
Sidney Pierce does not make all that great a villain. She did get under Faith's skin but not much of a fight scene.
It was great to see Faith actually stand up for herself and face her fears.

Comments: This issue focuses on Faith's work life. It can be hard keeping your secret identity a secret. It is nice to see Faith aka Summer has friends and work mates who stand by her. Faith really does inspire others.
Friendship and having people in your life that you can trust makes a for a life more fulfilling. Here you see that it is not the hero that makes the person but the person that makes the hero.
Faith is definitely a hero. She is always thinking of others but here for once she thinks about how lucky she is. Faith no matter how you look at her or the powers she has she is still herself. She is a person and that is who she is first and foremost.

Comments: A mouse rescues a cat, weird story. The cat is drawn dark and mysterious yet still manages to be cute.
So a guy dressed as mouse, a cat and a washed up actress/alien make up this team with some mysterious leader. Well not so mysterious after all Chris Criswell. Chris is not drawn like a villain he looks so clean cut.
Chris, Sidney, Dark Star and Murder Mouse make up the new super-villain team of the Faithless Four. A more unimpressive team you are not likely to see. Or the Faithless, the name changes fast. The team does not at first seem like much but look at the range and abilities they have. Magic, skills, mind control, leadership they could be a team to be reckoned with.
Faith gets nice light duty this issue. We get to see her relaxing a little. She just hangs out. She deserves it. Faith may be a super-hero but she is still just your average everyday person. So have faith in Faith.

Comments: The Faithless are planning the death of Faith. They have a plan that will discredit Faith and turn the public against her.
Faith's personality comes out here. We are shown just how much it hurts her to thought of as a criminal.
There is mystery as well as three of the Faithless attack. They are actually a pretty pathetic looking group. Faith needs better villains. A great hero like her should have great villains.
Faith needs to be used a lot better than she is in this issue. Here she is presented as a second rate super-hero. She is not, she is a top line one, first tier and needs to be treated as one.
Faith/Summer/Zephyr is a wonderful character. She is a normal woman with extraordinary abilities just trying to do what is right.

Comments: Chris, Sidney, Dark Star and Murder Mouse make up the evil team of the Faithless. They have actually captured Faith. It would have been nice to see and know how Faith was captured.
Faith uses her brains to manipulate the villains. The whole thing with Faith facing these villains the Faithless is done so lack luster. There is no big battle, there is next to no actual fighting. They basicly just stand around talking most of the time.
Faith is not drawn in her super-hero costume. Half of the villains do not have costumes. Sidney's costume is basicly just her regular attire. Murder Mouse is the only one with a real super villain costume.
Faith was set up to look like a criminal but guess what she has faith in herself to clear her name. This faith of hers is something that makes her stand out above other super-heroes. She has faith and you will to have faith in Faith.
